With these features, the refrigerated display box developed from scratch enables the presentation of refrigerated sweets on the shelves of confectionery departments.
Repositioning products
In order to offer cooled products from Ferrero Deutschland GmbH, for example in the checkout area of supermarkets or on the confectionery shelf, we developed a special cooling solution that was adapted to the requirements of this application. The aim was to offer cooled products where they could not be placed before.
An innovative solution
Because typical compressor-based cooling solutions are too noisy and require unfavorable heat dissipation, thermoelectric forced-air cooling was developed specifically for shelf applications. This patented solution enables a quiet and compact refrigerated display case that is also modular and scalable.
